Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Administrative Assistant Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, help maintain efficient office procedures, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.Order office supplies and manage inventory.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
