**Our client, a leading organization in strategic partnerships and brand development, is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join their team.** As a Senior Coordinator, you will be part of the Strategic Alliances and Brand Partnerships department supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have **exceptional organizational skills** , **strong communication abilities** , and **a proactive mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Coordinator
**Location:** El Segundo, CA
**Pay Range:** $36.25 - $45.25
**What’s the Job?**
+ Coordinate daily calendar of VP and manage team events across time zones
+ Drive meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
+ Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
+ Organize logistics for Town Hall meetings and cross-functional coordination
+ Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and budget tracking
**What’s Needed?**
+ 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
+ High attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
