Description
This position is responsible for processing all work order, inventory support and purchase orders.
Secondary position to provide billing/clerical support when needed.
Demonstrate integrity, heritage, fairness, quality, and community service in the performance of one’s functions and responsibilities to ensure that the department goals are achieved.
Essential Functions:
•\tMRO Department Duties:
•\tInput work orders in Vehicle Tracker software.
•\tUpdate and help keep inventory up to date.
•\tCheck in parts deliveries.
•\tCount inventory during off hours and could include travel to other terminals for counting.
•\tHelp with transitions to new procedures and software.
•\tAccounting duties as assigned.
•\tSorting and scanning documents
•\tProvide back-up for accounting jobs as assigned.
•\tAdhere to company policies, procedures and safety regulations. Use all safety equipment necessary. Report any unsafe acts or conditions.
Performance Standards:
•\tHandles all mail, correspondence, phone calls and transactions in an efficient and friendly manner.
•\tAchieves a customer focus by delivering high quality, cost effective service.
•\tEffectively participates as part of the team, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed.
•\tAdheres to company policies, procedures and practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
