Administrative Assistant
Work Environment Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm Will be fully onsite. Qualifications: + 1+ year of recent administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing company. + Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred. (For HS Diploma- will need to see 3+ years of relevant experience). + Attention to detail. + Ability to communicate and work effectively with different teams. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities + Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner + Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department + Take phone orders and enter promptly and accurately + Manage, clean and organize the front desk + Maintain employment applications + Collect and distribute all mail and packages + Monitor office equipment, xerox copier, fax machines, etc. + Monitor office supplies for replenishment + Support the office manager and general manager + Generate and distribute reports, assist in meetings + Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, coping, sorting + Responsible for organizing various office-related documentation Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
