Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our customer care team. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage a large volume of emails, focusing on about 20% that require direct attention. Key responsibilities include discussing lead times, signing NDAs, and triaging team requests. The role involves minimal phone calls and meetings, and includes supporting the sales team with various tasks. The candidate will utilize Salesforce to assist with orders and part numbers, requiring adaptability to evolving processes.

ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize a high volume of emails, focusing on the most relevant communications.Discuss lead times and facilitate the signing of NDAs.Act as a triage point for team requests, ensuring efficient workflow.Support the sales team with administrative tasks.Assist with order entry and management of part numbers using Salesforce.Participate in minimal phone calls and team meetings.Essential SkillsProficient in administrative support and office administration.Strong experience with Outlook, with at least 2 years of experience.Ability to manage order entry processes efficiently.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CRM systems is a plus.Familiarity with previous client processes and shipping assistance.Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles.Ability to be the welcoming face of the location.Work Environment

Join a team of four professionals working collaboratively to achieve business goals. The role requires in-office presence three days a week, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
