Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide executive support to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role involves a variety of tasks including scheduling, working with donors, event planning, filing, and data entry.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Chief Revenue Officer with executive administrative tasks.Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and calendar management.Coordinate with donors and assist in event planning.Handle filing and data entry efficiently.Perform document review and reporting.Provide administrative support across various departments.Essential SkillsProficiency in computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.Experience in travel coordination and schedule management.Strong email correspondence and calendar scheduling abilities.3-5 years of experience in executive or senior administrative roles.Confidence and initiative in handling tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Canva and Smartsheets.Knowledge of ADP and Human Resources is a plus.Travel coordination experience is required.Work Environment
The position is based within a non-profit organization with a small team located in Nocatee. The work environment is business casual and offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday on-site. The organization supports a great cause and provides opportunities for volunteering.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
