Administrative Assistant
Job Description

This role provides general administrative support primarily for a group, coordinating meetings and events, managing department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations. The position involves assisting C-Level executives and collaborating effectively with the team.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to a group, including meeting and event coordination.Assist in department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations.Complete special projects as assigned and coordinate travel arrangements.Enforce policies and procedures of defined teams.Support C-Level executives and collaborate with team members.Perform tasks such as team support, calendar management, and inventory hardware management.Essential Skills2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.2-4 years of experience with typing and data entry.2-4 years of experience in supporting a team.1-3 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsEffective communication and project management skills.Willingness to assist team members and relate well with diverse individuals.Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Working knowledge of email scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.Experience with current versions of MSOffice, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint preferred.Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role requiring work 5 days a week. The position entails learning about the client's products like Power BI and the capabilities of Excel, understanding how the company functions, and collaborating effectively with C-Level executives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
