Our client, a global leader in the healthcare sector, is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join their team in **Arden Hills, MN** . As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, a sense of urgency, and a "can do" attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Arden Hills, MN 55112 [Schedule: **Hybrid** (In the office 3 days a week, preferably Mon - Wed or Tues - Thursday), **Mon-Fri, 8am - 4:30pm** ]
**Pay Range:** $23.50/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 12-Months, potential to hire
**Job Function:**
+ Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, coordinating meetings, and maintaining supplies.
+ Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing information on matters of moderate importance.
+ Answer complex functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up.
+ Anticipate and coordinate projects, organizing schedules to meet deadlines.
+ Manage confidential information and provide guidance regarding proprietary data.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in customer service, HR, administrative, or similar roles
+ Computer savvy with a strong attention to detail
+ Customer service focused with a consultative approach to providing solutions
+ Ability to think outside the box and conduct research effectively
+ **_Experience using ServiceNow and AI scheduling tools is preferred._**
