Our client, _a global leader in healthcare manufacturing industry_ , is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join their team in **Maple Grove, MN** . As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Sales and Marketing department supporting the Carotid Therapies (TCAR) team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid position)
**Pay Range:** $33.30/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 12-Months
**Job Function:**
+ Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, coordinating meetings, and maintaining supplies.
+ Support the VP and the TCAR Sales training and Marketing teams through effective communication and organization.
+ Manage complex project assignments, ensuring adherence to timetables and coordination of large meetings/events.
+ Conduct research and compile information for reports to assist in decision-making.
+ Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive company information and provide guidance to peers.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of related experience.
+ Advanced certification in the assigned area is required.
+ Experience in managing expenses with a preference for Concur experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
