Our client, a leader in the regulated industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Sparks Glencoe, MD
**Pay Range:** $33.98 per hour
**Shift:** 1st Shift, M-F, 8 hours/day
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform administrative data collection and entry.
+ Engage with internal and external customers through various communication methods including phone calls, emails, and physical mailings.
+ Document and triage complex customer inquiries to ensure efficient resolution.
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
+ Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while routing calls to appropriate departments for assistance.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
+ Experience in customer service or complaint intake.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
+ Familiarity with regulated industry standards is a plus.
