Our client, a dynamic financial services organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the office support team, providing essential assistance to Financial Advisors and Client Associates. The ideal candidate will have excellent speaking and listening skills, the ability to work with different personalities, and a strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Missoula, MT 59802 (Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $22 - $25 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain office supplies including marketing and new account opening materials.
+ Assist Financial Advisors and Client Associates with clerical and administrative tasks such as mass mailings and coordinating vendor events.
+ Accurately record all checks, securities, and/or coupons received from clients, ensuring they are credited to the proper accounts.
+ Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
+ Support internal employees with clerical special projects and maintain operational files.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1 year of office or customer service experience (including internships or part-time positions).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business telephone systems.
+ Experience using multi-functional devices (printer/scanner).
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
