Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to be the right hand to a busy HR Director? We’re looking for an HR Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, warehouse-adjacent environment and can balance professionalism with efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide administrative support to the HR Director with daily tasks and project coordination.
+ Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.
+ Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
+ Assist with audits, tracking invoices, and performing root cause analysis.
+ Manage data, reports, and HR-related tracking efficiently.
+ Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth communication.
+ Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism at all times.
**Essential Skills**
+ Solid understanding of HR and office administration fundamentals.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting.
+ Experience with audits, invoice tracking, and root cause documentation.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Alabama.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
