**Job Title: Spotter** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for various roles including site oversight and management, quality assurance and quality control in electrical construction, and directing heavy equipment like forklifts and skid steers on site. Additionally, an administrative position is available for clerical work and timesheet management in the trailer. **Responsibilities** + Direct and manage forklifts, skid steers, and other heavy equipment on site. + Ensure quality assurance and control in electrical construction. + Perform site oversight and management duties. + Handle clerical tasks and manage timesheets. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of solar electrical experience. + Classified as a journeyman, apprentice, or top helper in non-solar industry. + OSHA 10 certification. + Ability to perform labor and non-electrical related tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with solar, electrical, construction, conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, and installation. + Open to labor and non-electrical tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing solar electrical contractor with long-term project opportunities. Employees are expected to wear work clothing on site and perform the electrical scope of work. Qualified workers receive a $100 per diem per day worked. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
