We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role involves managing team calendars, production schedules, and providing overall administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter.
ResponsibilitiesManage team calendar and production schedule.Set appointments and coordinate meetings.Arrange travel and manage travel logistics.Prepare and submit expense reports.Open and close job requests efficiently.Create estimate templates for estimators.Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Conduct overall process data entry with accuracy.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail and ability to learn independently.Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.Excellent people and customer service skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo certifications or formal education required for this position.Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment with a business casual dress code. You will work directly under a supervisor and support a sales team of approximately five members spread across the country. This role is fully onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
