**Our client, a leading firm in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team.** As a Production Coordinator, you will be part of the Marketing and Production Support department supporting Producers and Analysts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Coordinator
**Location:** Irvine, CA
**Pay Range:** $30–$31 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide administrative and production support including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
+ Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for Producers
+ Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations for real estate transactions
+ Maintain internal databases and manage deal-related communications
+ Collaborate with design teams and vendors for marketing collateral and photography
**What’s Needed?**
+ 0–3 years of experience in administrative, marketing, or communications roles
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
+ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines
