**Title: Administrative Assistant** **Location: 3 days onsite – Austin, TX** **Duration: 5 months** **Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, No overtime** **Pay rate Range: $24 to $28/hr** **Key Responsibilities & Projects** + Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries + Manage two GM calendars with high attention to accuracy, conflict resolution, and alignment with leadership priorities + Reconcile expenses accurately within the 30-day policy + Approve team expenses within 24 hours + Coordinate and provide logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events, including: + All Hands + Morale events + Team training + Leadership offsites + Manage team onboarding and offboarding processes + Track discretionary budgets and ensure alignment with allocated funding + Maintain organizational employee data, distribution lists, and security group ownership + Provide team support including space management, office moves, new hire setup, and equipment/supplies procurement + Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism + Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures + Provide onsite support for the CSCP Austin site (3 days per week, with additional days as required) + Attend leadership staff meetings and provide updates related to admin-managed areas + Assist with deck preparation and provide information for All Hands meetings + Update and manage distribution lists by Wednesday each week + Plan morale events across: + CSCP-wide Austin site + Leader/team-specific events + Handle ad-hoc team requests + Attend 1:1 meeting with managers and lead admin + Track and report team training compliance + Perform additional administrative tasks as required **Candidate Requirements** **Disqualifiers** + Inability to work onsite three days per week + Unable to start quickly + Unable to lift at least 10 lbs (required for equipment setup) + Less than 18 months of relevant administrative experience **Preferred Qualifications (Best vs. Average)** + Previous Microsoft experience (preferred, not required) + Highly detail-oriented and well-organized + Strong calendar management and team support experience + Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills + Minimum 3 years of administrative experience + Comfortable providing onsite support for the CSCP Austin siteIf this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
