**Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3**
**Location: Onsite – Redmond, WA**
**Contract Duration: 12 months**
**Chance of Extension: Yes**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (standard core hours)**
**Pay Rate range:** $ **24 to $27/hr**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as centralized point of contact between business teams and recruiting
+ Support full-cycle hiring processes and create efficiencies in hiring timelines
+ Relieve bandwidth for managers and admins
+ Ensure data integrity across systems
+ Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
**Core Duties**
+ Perform complex administrative functions for all levels of management
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and process expenses
+ Coordinate meetings/events and support department financial and personnel operations
+ Handle procurement of office equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships
+ Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned
+ Act as department/group contact for internal and external communications
**Candidate Requirements**
**Years of Experience**
+ 5–7 years of professional experience
**Education**
+ No specific degree required
**Must-Have Skills**
1. **Microsoft Office Suite** – 3–5 years of experience
2. **Administrative or Recruiting Support** – Minimum 3 years
3. **Cross-Team Collaboration** – 1–2 years
