Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting, supporting a large team and a Vice President. It entails performing complex administrative functions and contributing to the rhythm of the team in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities + Support a Vice President and approximately 115 US team members. + Perform complex administrative functions for the team. + Coordinate site visits, meetings, and events. + Manage department financial operations and personnel operations for onboarding and offboarding. + Handle facility operations and complete special projects as assigned. + Collaborate with administrative personnel across the group. Essential Skills + Minimum 5 years of experience in VP-level Outlook calendar management. + Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant. + Minimum 5 years of experience with high-level administrative duties including calendaring, travel coordination, expense reports, budget management, event coordination, and team support. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Organizational skills and willingness to learn and adopt best practices. + Ability to work autonomously and take charge in an office setting. + Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Work Environment The position is fully onsite, requiring work five days a week at the Redmond campus. The environment is large, fast-paced, and technology-driven. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
