Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the Customer Success support team, assisting with operational cadence, executive coordination, and ensuring smooth daily functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for learning, self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant 2
**Location:** Redmond, WA(hybrid)
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
+ Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses.
+ Coordinate meetings and events, and handle department financial and personnel operations.
+ Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
+ Provide general office support and serve as the department or group contact, completing special projects as assigned.
**What's Needed?**
+ Prior experience in administrative support, preferably with Microsoft admin experience.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in managing schedules, travel, and expense processes.
