This is a **REMOTE** role. **Industry: American multinational corporation and technology company** **Title:** **Administrative Assistant 2** **Location: REDMOND WA (HYBRID)** **Duration:** **6+ months** **Shift: M-F 8am-5pm** **Job Description** **Summary:** The main function of a Procurement Specialist is to lead in determining and managing the sourcing strategy within a defined category or sub categories, identifying and engaging with senior stakeholders. The manager will oversee the sourcing process and materials/reports for management, as well as provide sourcing and procurement advice to business areas. **Job Responsibilities:** • Provide comprehensive support to M2 managers, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports. • Assist with their direct reports as needed. • Offering larger team support, including organizing morale events, onboarding and offboarding new hires, and procuring goods and services such as computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials. • Manage asset tracking and facility requests. • Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and interactions. • Build and maintain strong business relationships with executive-level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally. **MUST HAVE** 1. Team/Manager Support Experience: Minimum 2 years supporting multiple managers or large teams in a fast-paced environment. 2. Administrative/Customer Service/Recruiting Background: Minimum 2 years in roles requiring high interaction, agility, and service orientation. 3.
