• Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Ability to use and/or learn Microsoft productivity tools (Internal Microsoft tool knowledge is a plus)
• Build and maintain high quality business relationships with executives, business partners, other administrative staff.
**MUST HAVE**
1. Minimum 3 years Experience in high level complex calendar management
2. Minimum 3 years experience with budget management
3. Minimum 3 years experience with Travel and Expense
