CSC – Prescribed QS:  

Education : Completion of 2 years studies in College (prior to 2018) or completion of Grade 12/Senior High School (starting 2016)                                                                                                                                                                          

Training : None Required

Experience : None Required

Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional)/1st Level Eligibility

 

Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based):

 Education : Completion of two years studies in College preferably in Office/Business/Secretarial Administration, Computer Science or Management

Training : None Required

Experience : At least 1 year relevant experience doing administrative/clerical functions

Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional)/1st Level Eligibility

 

 

 Job Description:

1. Receives, records and endorses outgoing and incoming communications;

2. Types/encodes and files communications;

3. Maintains office reports and other documents;

4. Reproduces official communications/documents for dissemination to other units;

5. Attend meetings, seminars, conferences;

6. Performs other related tasks.
