Broker Support – Insurance The Aon Client Services team (ACS) is a business-critical operating unit within Aon Australia, providing best in class insurance broking service support to our Client Managers and clients. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Specialist to join our Global and Corporate client support team. In this role, you will primarily work on a portfolio of clients in the construction industry, ensuring seamless support to both internal and external stakeholders and adhere to the highest standards of service delivery. Aon is looking for a candidate preferably with interest in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing their insurance career and committed to delivering excellence in client service. What the day will look like Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success! Responsibilities: Provide administration and client service support to internal Client Managers and Client Executives (our frontline insurance advisers), helping them meet clients’ insurance and risk needs. Engage directly with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to answer questions, collect information, and keep them informed about their insurance arrangements. Support the full insurance policy lifecycle, including: Gathering information and pricing/terms from insurers Preparing and updating client documentation and reports Preparing and issuing Certificates of Currency and other policy documents Policy premium and tax calculations and invoicing Maintain accurate client records by updating details, policy information and correspondence in our systems. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a co-ordinated service to clients. Enhance the client experience by providing friendly, accurate and timely service in every interaction. We’re looking for someone who is: Early in their career and keen to learn about the insurance industry. Detail oriented and comfortable working with documents, numbers, and systems. A clear and friendly communicator, both in writing and over the phone. Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A team player who enjoys helping colleagues and clients.
