What You’ll Do

Work Order & Operations Support

Assist with work order administration from initiation to closure

Update statuses, ensure correct categorisation, and support vendor access

Help prepare monthly planned maintenance schedules and reports

Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate data across systems (JDE, Wisetrend, SWAP)

Support dashboard, KPI, and monthly reporting

Provide insights and data support to the account team

Compliance Administration

Maintain compliance documentation and upload records

Support monitoring of SWMS, contractor compliance, and statutory requirements

Provide compliance information for internal registers and audits

Financial Support

Process contractor invoices and maintain transaction records

Assist with monthly financial reporting and open PO tracking

Follow up invoice queries and escalate issues when needed

Health & Safety Support

Assist with HSSEQ documentation and safety compliance

Support integration of safety requirements into contractor works

What You Bring

1–2 years’ experience in facilities admin, property services, contract admin, accounts payable or similar

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Experience with work order systems or FM platforms (advantageous)

Good understanding of compliance or regulatory processes

Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement

Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and general MS Office
