About the Role:
Manage and organize documentation including legal files, agreements, invoices, and monthly reports across shared systems and folders.
Coordinate claims, reimbursements, travel arrangements, and cash advance processes through Workday and internal approval workflows.
Support invoicing activities including submission, cancellation, and proforma preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist with vendor coordination for gifting, hospitality, and operational needs such as birthday cakes, flowers, and hampers.
Provide operational support to Facility Coordinators, including site visits, client coordination, and basic facility-related tasks when required.
About You:
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) graduate in Secretary, Administration, Business, or a related field.
Prior internship or experience in administrative or secretarial roles is highly preferred.
Good usage of English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate professionally across teams and with external clients (if needed).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint).
Proactive and communicative, with a willingness to support both administrative and operational tasks as needed.
