Admin & Data Support Specialist (Part-Time)
Role Overview We are looking for a detail-driven Admin and Data Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative and data support to the Financial Director. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency through accurate data auditing, insightful reporting, and advanced Excel-based analysis. The ideal candidate is precise, reliable, highly organised, and proactive, someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on structure, and takes ownership of delivering quality work. Part-Time | 2 Days Per Week Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting + Audit and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. + Develop, maintain, and improve advanced Excel models, including pivot tables, macros, and dashboards. + Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making. + Prepare clear visualisations and summaries; PowerBI experience is highly advantageous. Administrative Support + Assist with the preparation of reports for meetings and track follow-up actions. + Maintain structured documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility. Process Adherence + Ensure compliance with organisational standards, processes, and data governance requirements. Project Coordination + Coordinate and track administrative and data-related projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. + Maintain clear documentation of tasks, milestones, dependencies, and progress. + Liaise with stakeholders to manage priorities, address issues, and support smooth execution. Essential Skills & Experience Technical + Advanced Excel proficiency (non-negotiable) – including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros. + Strong data auditing, analysis, and reporting skills. + PowerBI experience (advantageous). + Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. Experience + Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative and/or data support roles. + Demonstrated exposure to reporting and data-driven environments.
