Customer Service/ Order Support Specialist/ Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive, organized Customer Service & Order Support Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being the central point of communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

What You’ll DoServe as a trusted point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries with professionalism and careProcess incoming orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinate with internal staff and contracted medical professionals (doctors, nurses) to ensure correct product selection and order accuracyMonitor inventory levels and communicate with purchasing/planning teams when stock is lowMaintain clear, timely communication with internal and external vendors, partners, and customersDocument all interactions and updates in the internal CRM systemManage a mix of phone and email communication (not high volume; some calls may be 30+ minutes and email-heavy)What You Bring1–2+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative supportBackground in pharma, nutraceutical, or medical device industries highly preferredExperience working with both consumer customers and business accountsFamiliarity with CRM platforms and ERP systemsStrong understanding of purchase orders, product order forms, and general order workflowsProficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple systemsExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions‑oriented approachTop SkillsERP system experienceCustomer service expertiseInventory awareness and order accuracyAbility to collaborate across teams and with medical professionalsJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
