Provides administrative support to SRVP and AVP of Field OpsManages multiple calendars and arranges meetings both on and off-sitePlans, schedules and coordinates all travel arrangementsInterfaces with a large variety of internal and external people on issues which are of a complex and highly confidential naturePrepares, types, proof reads, copies and routes memos, correspondence and reportsScreens and directs all incoming phone callsHandles Special projects as assigned such as payroll, new stores opening planning process, operations and financial analysis

Who We’re Looking For: You.

Strong organizational and administrative skills are requiredMust be capable of exercising independent judgment when performing tasksMust possess multi-tasking skills and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a very fast paced environmentMust have excellent phone manner, solid written and verbal communication skills and be customer service orientedComputer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Strong EXCEL skills are an absolute requirement, this includes current working knowledge of Formulas and Pivot TablesFlexibility and a positive attitude are a mustMinimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate and/or retail management setting

This position has a starting pay range of $25.60 to $35.20 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
