About the job:
Provide admin support for Maintenance Helpdesk, Asset Management and Event co-ordinationManning of maintenance hotline, maintenance email account and web-based maintenance management systemEnsure prompt respond to calls and emailsRespond to fault/emergency calls and provide front line remedial actions and to activate respective contractors to carry out repair worksRecord all faults and work request of all nature reported by client/end users/contractors/staffSupervising the contractor for all work activities and closure to BFRsLiaising with end users for appointments to access offices space and other locationsEscorting of contractors to carry out maintenance worksAssist to compile daily, weekly and monthly reports for BM/ABM and clientsTo assist in other works as assigned by the BM/ABM/clientsAbout you:
Higher NITEC or ITC in Administration or approved equivalent trade certification with minimum 2 years relevant experienceGood at Microsoft offices applications.
