Job Title: ADE - MN/ND Job Description This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join a new delivery partner program. Collaborating closely with a Field Manager and local contractors, you will visit businesses, pitch the program, qualify them, guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. This role involves travel up to a two-hour driving distance and offers commission opportunities. Responsibilities + Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. + Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and applications. + Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing pipeline activity in Salesforce. + Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings. + Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations. + Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills + 1-2 years in an outbound sales role (door to door). + Experience in account management. + Proficiency in Salesforce. + Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service. + Field sales experience is a plus. + Experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation is advantageous. + Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others. + High sense of urgency and attention to detail. + Ability to solve problems for applicants in the field. + Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems and technology. + Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily. Work Environment The role requires being in the field five times a week, covering regions such as Fargo, ND, West Fargo, ND, Grand Forks, ND, Duluth, MN. The work involves remote field activities, offering flexibility and engagement with local communities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fargo, ND.
