Job Description

This is a great opportunity to be part of a new delivery program in the Chicago area. In this role, you will be instrumental in recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to visit potential businesses, introduce the program, qualify candidates, assist in the application process, generate referrals, and organize recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving radius and offers the potential to earn commission.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door to door within a 90-minute driving distance.Present and pitch the new program to generate interest and encourage applications.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.Manage lead activity and pipeline in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills

1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.Experience in outside/field sales, particularly door-to-door or territory sales.Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Field sales experience is advantageous.Prior experience in roles involving sales or customer negotiation is beneficial.Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a strong sense of urgency.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants.Tech-savvy, with experience in working with multiple systems and technologies.Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

This role involves being in the field 4-5 times a week, with the flexibility to work from home when not in the field. You can expect to receive uncapped commission, with average annual commission ranging from $15,000 to $25,000, and potential to exceed this based on performance. Additional incentives include earning up to $350 per partner converted, $75 per hub app, $100 per RTL, and $175 per launch plus two weeks, along with monthly incentives for achieving goals. Employees are reimbursed 70 cents per mile traveled. PTO is offered after six months of successful performance review.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.50/hr.
