Job Summary:

The Autonomous Driving Feature Development Engineer will work in a team environment to develop next-generation products for automotive ADAS. This will include design, development, and testing of algorithms related to one of Automatic Parking, Perception, Behaviour and trajectory planning, assessment & vehicle control algorithms.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, code, test and maintain state of the art ADAS algorithms

Develop technical specifications and DFMEAs

Develop and execute functional test plans

Conduct detailed performance analysis

Work with colleagues and customers to develop and implement enhancements to address realworld performance issues

Complete assigned individual and team tasks

Support advanced development process activities (analysis, design, reviews, verification testing)

Your Background: ( 5 to 9 years ​)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Aerospace, Computer Science, Robotics or related technical field / Master’s degree in Engineering - Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Aerospace, Computer Science, Robotics or related technical field

3+ years of programming experience in: C++.

3+ years of development and testing of algorithms and code experience (can include industry, academic or internship)

Strong in control theory & systems design

Excellent data extraction & analysis skills (MATLAB, Excel)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3+ years of development and testing of ADAS algorithms in C/C++.

Superior communication & presentation skills

Background in automotive radar, vision, lidar, sensor fusion

Background in optimization, path planning and advanced filtering methods

Background in object detection and tracking algorithm design

ISO 26262 / Functional Safety functional expertise
