Job Title: Traffic Specialist/Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager I with expertise in ad trafficking to support our traffic operations team in executing advertising for live events. This role is open to remote candidates with experience in WideOrbit, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a strong understanding of broadcasting or streaming platforms.
Responsibilities
Support the traffic operations team in executing advertising for live events.Handle ad trafficking tasks using Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.Ensure accurate ad placement and scheduling using WideOrbit.Maintain systems and organization for ad commercial schedules.Collaborate with the team and work independently to complete tasks.Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience in ad trafficking.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.Experience and knowledge in broadcasting or streaming platform industries.WideOrbit experience is required.Understanding and passion for sports.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is a nice to have.Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work environment. Candidates may work remotely outside of the normal business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) but are expected to be in the office during these hours as needed. The role requires flexibility in working late shifts, matching MST time zone schedules (3 PM - 11 PM PST, 4 PM - 12 AM MST, 5 PM - 1 AM CST, and 6 PM - 2 AM EST). The role involves both collaborative and independent work with initial guidance from the team. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
