Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to join our team and support our traffic operations in executing advertising for live events. This position offers the opportunity to work with an advanced streaming platform, particularly in the exciting area of live sports and events.

Responsibilities

Support the traffic operations team in executing advertising for live events.Manage ad trafficking using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.Utilize broadcast or streaming platform industry knowledge to optimize ad delivery.Build ad commercial schedules for live events with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.Maintain organization and system management to ensure effective ad trafficking.

Essential Skills

Experience utilizing Wide Orbit3-5 years of experience in ad trafficking.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.Strong understanding or passion for sports.Broadcast or streaming platform industry knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is nice to have.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Exposure to tech and product knowledge is beneficial.

Work Environment

The role requires a hybrid work environment with onsite presence required 5 days a week. The candidate must choose between two schedules: #1 from Monday to Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM, or #2 from Monday to Friday, 4 PM - 12 AM. Initially, more in-office hours may be required for #2 as training progresses. The team is currently experiencing an unusually high volume of live events, which requires additional support to maintain effective ad delivery. The work involves both collaborative and independent tasks, with guidance provided by the team. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
