Position: **Acumatica Optimization Specialist** Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Rate: $60–$80 per hour Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months (possible extension) Work Schedule: Remote, light travel to Fort Worth Jefferson Wells is seeking an experienced Acumatica Software Specialist to optimize the company's new Acumatica software instance to ensure full utilization of its promised value and functionality. Proven track record in financial accounting with Acumatica software implementation and customizing configuration systems experience is required. **Responsibilities:** + Analyze the current configuration and implementation of the Acumatica software. + Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the existing setup. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align them with Acumatica capabilities. + Reconfigure and customize the Acumatica instance to better meet the company's needs. + Provide training and support to users to enhance their understanding and usage of the software. + Develop and implement best practices for ongoing maintenance and optimization of Acumatica. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. + Stay updated with the latest Acumatica features and updates to continuously improve the system. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience with Acumatica implementation and configuration. + Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Experience in project management and change management. + Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + If possible, help with workflows, reports, etc. **What’s in it for you:** + Hourly rate $60–$80 per hour based on experience with Direct Deposit + 6-month contract with potential extension with full Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K Benefits as a W-2 employee Jefferson Wells ( www.jeffersonwells.com ) is a professional services firm delivering solutions in Finance & Accounting, Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance, and Tax.
