The position will be responsible for supporting pricing and product development in the actuarial department. This individual will be working closely with our sales and marketing department in supporting product and business development. The role will be a key contributor to the customer proposition development pipeline and support the launch of profitable and client-oriented products to ensure continued business growth. **Job Responsibilities:** + Participate in product development process including product design, profitability testing, implementation and product approval, and in compliance with company’s risk management policies and actuarial guidelines. + Perform experience studies/monitoring and recommend key actuarial assumptions for financial projections. + Assist in new partner acquisition and existing partner management via financial assessment of business case, working closely with marketing and business development team. + Perform financial analysis to review the profitability of product and business campaign and make recommendation to improve company’s VNB. + Perform business analysis, building projection models and UAT for system implementation. + Work on other ad-hoc projects as required. **Job Requirements:** + Degree holder in actuarial science or related discipline. + At least 3 years of actuarial experience in life insurance industry. + Candidates with less experience will be considered at Associate level. + Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Python. + Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills. **About The Cigna Group** Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
