**Job Description Summary**
This dynamic dual-position combines the creativity and community engagement of an Activities Coordinator with the customer-focused responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant, serving a senior living community with excellence and care.
As the Activities Coordinator, you will design, implement, and manage a vibrant calendar of recreational and social programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being for residents. Your role fosters a welcoming environment by building positive relationships with residents, vendors, and neighbors, while also connecting residents to helpful resources that enhance their quality of life.
In your role as a Leasing Consultant, you will be a key member of the onsite team, contributing to occupancy and rent growth goals through effective leasing strategies and exceptional customer service. You will create lasting impressions through warm interactions, genuine interest in prospects and residents, and a commitment to building rapport. Your efforts will help maintain a thriving, engaged community where residents feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Together, these roles support a holistic approach to resident satisfaction—combining meaningful engagement with professional leasing expertise to create a vibrant and welcoming living experience.
**Job Description**
**Essential Job Duties:**
+ Design and implement a diverse range of activities tailored to the interests and needs of residents.
+ Acquire a broad knowledge of the community and the surrounding area.
+ Ensure programs/activities are inclusive and encourage participation from all residents.
+ Manage the activities budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
+ Proactively developing a resource directory of local agencies to assist with benefits and entitlement programs
+ Seek sponsorships, donations, and partnerships to enhance program offerings.
+ Promote a strong sense of community by connecting residents to one another.
+ Organize special events and themed activities that promote social interaction and community engagement.
+ Collaborate with staff and residents to gather input for future activity planning.
+ Conduct regular assessments to ensure activities meet residents’ needs and interests.
+ Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance and resident feedback.
+ Ensure all activities are conducted in adherence to all regulations and community guidelines.
+ Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community, and beautiful grounds.
+ Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle available Pinnacle apartment home.
+ Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
+ Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
+ Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
+ You will also use your attention to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Competencies:**
+ Understand the characteristics of the resident population and property in which they serve.
+ Effective communication and customer service skills
+ Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
+ Possess a valid real estate license as required by state regulations
+ Assist the leasing activities of the leasing staff.
+ Be courteous and professional
+ Be well organized and be able to meet deadlines
+ Follow all company policies and procedures
+ Be professional and a team player
+ Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $16.15 - $19.00
