Description 100,000 - 120,000 benefits: + health insurance + dental + vision + 401k + paid time off + paid holidays Responsibilities + Process daily ACH transactions, including returns, NOCs, reversals, and corrections. + Monitor ACH files for accuracy and ensure timely submission and settlement. + Review and resolve ACH exceptions, discrepancies, and rejected items. + Assist branches, clients, and internal departments with ACH‑related inquiries. + Maintain compliance with NACHA rules, banking regulations, and internal policies. + Perform risk monitoring for ACH activity and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements The ideal candidate will have 7 years Retail Sales/Service Environment with at least 3+ years of multi branch experience.
