Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable

Specialist to manage trade accounts receivable operations and ensure

accurate and timely cash application and collections. This role plays a vital

part in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting internal

financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and clear cash receipts, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation through to the General Ledger (GL)Execute the full trade AR cash collection process for assigned customers, including customer account research and proactive outreach to ensure timely paymentsResolve customer issues independently and in collaboration with finance business partners and the commercial teamPrepare and send AR statements; perform customer account reconciliationsManage trade AR disputes and record customer payment promises accuratelyResearch AR transactions to support customer inquiries, internal controls, and audit requestsMaintain and update FSCM with customer contacts, payment commitments, and invoice disputes to ensure metric compliance

Required Qualifications

Associate degree with 5+ years of AR experience, ORBachelor's degree with 2+ years of AR experience, ORMaster's degree in Accounting, OR7+ years of AR experience in lieu of a degreeU.S. Citizenship requiredAdvanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in SAP (training available for the right candidate)Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational and communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
