Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will lead the AR team, focusing on deduction management and overseeing account collections. This role includes preparing financial reports and analyses—such as bad debt assessments—and driving process improvements related to Days Receivable Outstanding (DRO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable team and its daily operations.Drive effective deduction management across accounts receivable processes.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.Manage account collections and address escalated issues as needed.Compile and analyze bad debt reports to support financial decision-making.Monitor and improve Days Receivable Outstanding (DRO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics.Generate and distribute all accounts receivable reporting.Essential Skills
Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit management.Prior supervisory or team lead experience.Skilled in accounts receivable reconciliation and financial forecasting.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.Hands-on experience with B2B accounts receivable, including managing chargebacks and deductions.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.Experience with SAP or other mid-to-large ERP systems is a plus.Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.Work Environment
This position is located on-site at the company’s headquarters and follows a business casual dress code. It offers a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one remote day per week, following the completion of in-office training. The role provides strong growth potential, including opportunities to transition into corporate finance or accounting teams for high-performing individuals.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
