Accounts Receivable Specialist (Kent, WA)
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

This position requires you to work 100% onsite from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will engage in a variety of essential tasks each day, including accurately processing invoices, managing customer payments, and maintaining detailed financial records. Regular communication with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments is expected.

Responsibilities

Process invoices accurately and manage customer payments.Maintain detailed financial records.Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.Review accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.Assist in preparing monthly reports, providing insights into cash flow and account statuses.Collaborate with the finance team for monthly reconciliations.Manage customer transactions and maintain accurate financial records.Use NetSuite to efficiently process invoices and track payments.Ensure accuracy in financial reporting.Work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in accounts receivable processes.Experience with NetSuite.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Available to start immediately.

Work Environment

The role is based onsite five days a week at a fast-growing specialty beverage manufacturer in Kent, WA.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
