Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Generate and send customer invoices promptly and accurately \Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debtsContact clients via phone, email, or mail regarding overdue accountsProcess and post incoming payments with precisionAssist when needed with payrollPay increase within 3-5 monthsShift: M-Thursday and every other FridayAccounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in accounting software and MS Office SuiteApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
