Description Brad Stewart with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a client in Reno, NV. Responsibilities include: 1. Work aging report in detail to assure payments are received timely and troubleshoot any balances before becoming unmanageable. 2. Manage Accounts: • Maintain aging report • Reconcile client accounts to reflect the proper balance and create monthly statements • Mail or email statements to clients and make notations to help front desk collect past due balances. • Answer any customer service-related questions regarding balances or refunds. • Collect past due payments via phone. • Review and reconcile accounts weekly. • Run Client Credit Reports. • Balance payments (credit card receipts) report and provide to Bookkeeper. 3. Interact with both internal and external contacts. Requirements Requirements: 1. Experience with electronic health records systems 2. Experience with AR/bookkeeping/accounting/general office procedures. 3. Excellent math ability. 4. Good organizational skills. 5. Strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. 9. Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
