Our client in the Dallas area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team!

The AR Specialist will have experience in the following:

Handle full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, collections, and account maintenanceApply and reconcile customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) and resolve discrepanciesManage A/R aging, follow up on past-due balances, and communicate with customers regarding payment issuesReconcile the A/R subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close and reportingSupport audits and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing or account issuesProficient Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) and large ERP experience required
