In this role, you'll work closely with a supportive accounting and finance team, supporting both customer payments and account reconciliations across multiple business lines. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this position, you would be responsible for:

Applying and posting customer payments accurately, including ACH, wire, checks, and credit card transactionsMatching payments to open invoices and resolving unapplied cash or discrepanciesSupporting chargebacks, disputes, and payment investigationsPerforming regular account reconciliations to ensure accurate balances and agingAssisting with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entry supportCommunicating with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related issuesPartnering cross-functionally to improve accounts receivable processesJumping in on additional accounting projects as needed

If you have:

2-5 years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with reconciliations and month-end close supportSolid Excel skills and comfort learning new systemsClear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
