Job Description:

We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity in a dynamic corporate HQ environment based in Tampa, FL (near Hillsborough County). This is your chance to join a close-knit team that values growth, development, and internal mobility.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a $30–50M AR portfolioAnalyze customer creditworthiness and payment historyDrive B2B collections and resolve account discrepanciesCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and customer serviceSupport SAP ERP transition and financial reporting

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of AR and B2B collections experienceFamiliarity with aging reports, credit analysis, and cash forecastingExperience with mid-to-large ERP systems (SAP preferred)Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Work Environment:

Onsite Monday-Friday in Tampa, FL headquarters. Once up and running, will transition to hybrid with 1 day WFH and 4-days onsite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
