We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for coordinating and processing accounts receivable tasks. This role involves inputting invoices and payments manually into Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining accounts receivable records.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and process accounts receivable tasks.Input invoices and payments into Dynamics 365 manually.Perform data entry of accounts receivable.Reconcile processed work by verifying data and rebills for price differences and taxes.Manage freight credits through free text.Update accounts payable/invoice email addresses by reviewing printed invoices/statements and adding email addresses to customer accounts.Follow up on past due accounts by settling open transactions, sending invoice copies, and making phone calls.Update tax certificate information that is ready to expire by checking the sales tax group and updating the tax-exempt number if necessary.Update business units on open orders from AX.Follow up on accounts with credit balances to determine if a refund is needed.Perform other tasks as assigned within the accounting department.
Essential SkillsProficiency in accounts receivable processes.Experience with Microsoft Office.Invoicing experience.2-5 years of accounts receivable experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with heavy data entry.Preference for candidates with MS Dynamics 365 experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
