Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining customer T&V accounts receivable and T&R accounts receivable that are over 30 days past due, ensuring alignment with defined key impact results. This role involves working closely with management, utilizing NetSuite and Oracle Fusion to automate dunning notifications and manage other projects. The specialist will engage with account managers, cash applications, billing, and accounting teams to enhance operational effectiveness and manage AR aging balances.
Responsibilities
Lead bi-monthly collection meetings and prepare AR status touchpoint reports and AR Large client focus escalation reports.Track client VIN disputes on client aging spreadsheets and coordinate responses, corrections, and revisions with Account Management, Billing teams, and Accounting.Communicate with clients regarding payment requests, address concerns, provide invoice copies or backups, and update aging reports.Assist with vendor form completion requests, liaising with Treasury for approval and signatures.Respond to W9 requests and coordinate with the legal team to obtain yearly signed W9 copies.Update accounting system with client account changes, including email contacts for statement deliveries.Respond to individual Account Management requests for client balances, payment statuses, and invoice copies.Monitor and reply to emails in the CSBilling shared mailbox.Essential Skills
Proficiency in accounts receivable and collections, especially with large client accounts.Experience with NetSuite or Oracle Fusion.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze using Pivot Tables.Strong written and verbal communication skills.2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables.Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred, or equivalent related work experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
MS Access or SQL knowledge is highly preferred.Experience with detailed level invoicing in ERP systems.Tollkeeper experience and knowledge is highly preferred.Ability to provide high-level service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.High degree of attention to detail, follow-through, and professionalism.Ability to challenge conventional practices and pursue ongoing system improvements.Maintains strict confidentiality regarding company, employee, and customer matters.Works well in a team environment, building trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.Work Environment
This position requires the individual to be based in Phoenix, Arizona, and willing to work from the Mesa, AZ office 1-2 times a week. The role offers a flexible work schedule and opportunities to develop accounts receivable skills across multiple scopes of work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
