2+ years of experience in accounts receivable

B2b collections

Must have experience working with big-box customers and portals

Basic Excel experience

Experience with MS Dynamics preferred

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to manage collection and reporting activities, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding payments. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, who can build trust with customers and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.Locate and contact customers to inquire about their payment status.Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.Handle customer questions or complaints.Investigate and resolve discrepancies.Create trust relationships with customers to avoid future issues.Update account status and database regularly.Perform additional duties as required or requested.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
