Job Type: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Princeton, NJ
Pay:$28-31/hr
An international organization is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to join their team to support a software upgrade. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B collections experience, credit management, strong skills in SAP, and ability to multi-task.
What you'll be responsible for:
Handle daily, routine incoming and outgoing customer callsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfactionManage daily orders on hold Manage direct or wholesaler customer accounts to ensure timely paymentIdentify and resolve direct or wholesaler deductionsRun and manage daily activity reportsMonitor customer credit lines in accordance with Company credit procedureMonitor the customer parenting hierarchyEnsure effective communication of credit related issues to sales organization, as appropriateSupport sales efforts while maximizing revenue returnWhat you’ll bring:
5+ years of collections and credit management experience Proficiency in SAP.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Ability to generate and analyze aging reports.Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLookup.What you’ll get:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
